Paul's core activities include:

  • team audit during reorganisation, merger or acquisition

  • defining and staffing top management structures (board seats, competencies, portfolio division, titular/statutory, reporting lines)

  • taking the lead in stion in succession issues

  • solving corporate governance issues (checks and balances, cultural issues, codes and regulations)

  • facilitating self-evaluations of the functioning of Supervisory Boards, Supervisory Boards and Boards of Management

  • coaching both individually and teams

  • solving strategy issues

  • investigating governance crises and contributing to their resolution at the managerial and supervisory levels
